By setting the maximum aperture at F2.2, we have succeeded in keeping the overall length of the product from the mount surface to just 30mm, even though it is a standard lens with a focal length of 50mm. The lens configuration, which demonstrates excellent optical performance from the maximum aperture of F2.2, is made up of seven elements in six groups, including three pieces of anomalous partial dispersion glass. It is a compact, highly mobile lens that can be used in a variety of situations.
