Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund to store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Tape, Chalk or Cleaning items cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift Card Value
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, Phone number or email that was provided during Our Loyalty Account creation.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will need to be evaluated.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days from day of purchase
Returns (if applicable)
Currently returns are only accepted through physical store return.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the returns are approved, your refund will be processed, and the return will be credited automatically to your Loyalty Account as 'Store Credit' only.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Riceballphoto@hotmail.com and send your item to: 3 Coleman Street #01-04 Singapore 179804
